The online applications and tools are fabulous and I'm looking forward to playing around with them. I love the idea that it's "out there" where you can access your info from anywhere without having to carry it around. I also like the way you have control over who can see it. I found some limitations on Googledocs but it may be MY limitations more than the program! I think ZOHO looks amazing. This is great stuff for small rural libraries that need constant contact with headq and would save lots of emailing and faxing.
I had trouble sharing my document with nswpln@gmail.com. Was a bit stumped as to how to go about that bit!
